{"id":1065,"date":"2022-07-13T16:41:43","date_gmt":"2022-07-13T14:41:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/baroalto.com\/?p=1065"},"modified":"2024-04-28T18:07:03","modified_gmt":"2024-04-28T16:07:03","slug":"international-mapping-of-criminal-liability-of-executive-officers-and-legal-entities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/baroalto.com\/en\/international-mapping-of-criminal-liability-of-executive-officers-and-legal-entities\/","title":{"rendered":"International mapping of criminal liability of executive officers and legal entities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Baro Alto law firm carried out a survey \u2013 in partnership with the French think tank institution Institut pour l\u2019Innovation Economique et Sociale (2IES) and Professor Pascal Beauvais, lecturer at the University of Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne\u2013 on the connection between a legal entity\u2019s criminal liability and that of its chief executive officer under French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fuel reflection on the following subject: \u201cReconsider the connection between criminal liability of legal entities and that of their corporate officers for improved legal protection?\u201d, Baro Alto decided to survey various foreign legal systems to find out what solutions they may have adopted in that respect. Thus, Baro Alto contacted its IR Global network and organised a webinar on the subject on 1 March 2022.
